South Semoran Walmart Celebrates Grand Re-Opening with Donation to Arnold Palmer Hospital

After undergoing a store remodel, Associates at Walmart 1084 on South Semoran Blvd. in Orlando, Florida were eager to welcome their customers into their brand new store! With the ongoing CMN Hospitals campaign, they were also excited to use this opportunity to support Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

Walmart made a donation of crayons and coloring sheets to the Child Life Department, a department focused on reducing the stress and anxiety of patients while they are in the hospital, and a department that relies on charitable support to keep it running since it is not a billable service.

Thanks to partners like Walmart, we can help our Child Life team as they focus on creating a safe environment for our patients and families to cope with medical treatment and diagnosis through play, preparation, education, and self-expression.
