Speedway is Fueling Miracles for Kids in Central Florida

Whether you are stopping to fill up your tank or hop in for a delicious Speedy snack, you may have noticed that our friends at Speedway continue to fuel miracles and save lives for kids treated at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.

Thanks to the generosity of Speedway customers throughout the year, donations collected will continue to make a difference in our community by serving our hospital’s greatest areas of need and serving the 135,000 patients treated at our hospital each year. These funds allow Orlando Health Arnold Palmer to address the most challenging health issues of today but also to prevent and prepare for those to come.

Through these donations, our hospital is able to provide treatments and healing that our patients desperately need today so that they can fulfill their potential for tomorrow.

Speedway’s partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals began in 1991 and has since raised more than $133 million for the children’s charity through various fundraising activities. In Central Florida, our Speedway stores continue to go above and beyond for our patients and their families. Just last year, they came together and raised over $81,000 for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer in the midst of a global pandemic. The majority of funds come from year-long canister collection and pin pad prompts at the point of sale and company-wide campaign weekends, in addition to other localized campaigns.
