Every birthday is special, but some mark milestones that make them even more memorable. Your first birthday, for example. Or celebrating “double digits” when you turn 10 years old. For Miracle Mom Kellie, her son’s 10th birthday was special for more than just double digits – it marked a decade since a team of heroes at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children saved his life after a tragic car accident.

Kellie tracked down those heroes to say thank you and to celebrate them along with Eli’s birthday. Her hope in sharing her story is that others will be inspired to thank those who have impacted their lives in some way.
