Thanks and Giving: What the team at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer is thankful for

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us here at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children! We are excited for this time of year and love what it stands for: a time for Thanks and Giving! On that note, the staff here at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer wanted to share what we are thankful for this holiday season.

Frances: I’m grateful to work with countless Miracle Makers who know that when we work together we change kids’ lives and build stronger families. Through hard work and dedication we know that together we are making a difference in the patients and families treated at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.

Drew: I’m thankful to work with partners who not only give their time and resources to support Orlando Health and the patients and families we care for, but who are building a culture of philanthropy in their workplace. It’s inspiring to witness the commitment that corporations have to our organization and the Central Florida community!

Amanda: Working with a team of individuals that give it their all every day is incredibly inspiring. I’m in awe of the “little” and “big” things we are able to give to our patients because of the generosity of our partners.

Jessica: Having the chance to connect people and businesses to our mission is such an honor. I’m overjoyed to work with companies who care so deeply about supporting the children and families served by Orlando Health Arnold Palmer!

Sam: I am blessed to work in a role that allows me to live out my dream in forever being FTK (for the kids). Working with such fun, passionate and loving people makes every day feel like the best day ever.

Amara: I am thankful for the opportunity to work with our incredible Dance Marathon students. I love seeing these growing leaders connect with our hospital and find a passion for giving back to our community.

Matt: Having the ability to be a voice for the patients treated at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer and make that voice louder by engaging with some many amazing companies and programs is something that I will never take for granted and I am so thankful for.

Tyler: Working for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer not only gives me the opportunity to engage with the community to spread Mr. Palmer’s mission, but also gives me the personal gratification to work with the physicians and nurses who cared for me many times when I was a patient.

Rebekah: I’m grateful to have the opportunity to work alongside corporate partners and individuals that are committed to our mission and so generously give their time, talents and resources to make a difference in the lives of children and families we are privileged to serve. I love seeing the joy they experience in giving back, knowing they are going to change the lives of children today and for years to come.

Hayden: I’m grateful to work on the CMN team at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer because it gives me a chance to serve and give back to community where I was raised and the hospital that has made a huge impact on my family.
